$149/month (4 hours a month)

A gentle entry point for families wanting occasional academic guidance and accountability.

Includes:

• 2 support sessions per month

• Homework or curriculum support

• Parent communication as needed

• Flexible use for tutoring, homeschool support, or executive-function help

WEEKLY SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP

$250/month

Consistent weekly support for students needing stronger structure and accountability.

Includes:

• 1 weekly 60-minute session, 1:1

• Academic or executive-function support

• Curriculum guidance if needed

• Parent updates/check-ins

Ideal for:

• ADHD students

• homeschool learners

• struggling or overwhelmed students

• students transitioning from traditional school
   

FLEX STUDY LAB MEMBERSHIP

$199/month (8 hours)

Small-group guided academic support and accountability.

Includes:

• weekly guided study/support block

• homework accountability

• organization and planning support

• peer interaction in a structured environment

SENIOR LAUNCH SUPPORT

Starting at $325/month (8 hours)

Designed for older students preparing for adulthood, trades, workforce entry, homeschool transition, or alternative graduation pathways.

May include:

• accountability and structure

Using TEFA / ESA Funds

Pierce Institute is an approved Odyssey vendor for Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funds.

Eligible Texas families may use TEFA funds for qualifying educational services including:

• tutoring

• homeschool support

• executive-function coaching

• supervised coursework

• STEM enrichment

• transition support

Many families choose lower monthly memberships to help TEFA funds last throughout the school year.
 

Flexible Options for Non-TEFA Families

We understand many families either missed the TEFA application window or prefer alternative payment arrangements.

Flexible memberships and customized support plans are available for both TEFA and non-TEFA families.
